Every family's move is different, so we don't do one-size-fits-all price lists β we do something better: an exact, written number for your situation, in your inbox, before any work starts. Here's how it works.
The Discovery & Feedback Session β our 70-point questionnaire plus detailed written feedback β is a simple flat fee, quoted when you email us. One email, one number, no meter running.
The Relocation Analysis Report, Move Coordination Retainer and Document Pack are scoped to your family. Before anything starts you receive a written proposal: exactly what's included, the hours behind it, the timeline, and the total.
Signed agreement, invoice by email, EFT in rands to our FNB account. No online payments, no card details, no auto-renewals.
If scope grows mid-project, we tell you and re-quote before doing the extra work. If we can't deliver a booked session, you get a full refund.
We reply within a couple of hours with an honest recommendation β including "you don't need a paid service yet" when that's the truth.
Our consulting rate is roughly CAD $95 per hour (about R1,700). Here's where that sits on Canada's wage ladder β approximate 2026 figures; actual wages vary by province and role:
Specialist consulting in Canada β legal, engineering, management, cross-border β typically bills $150β$300 per hour. We deliberately price below that band: specialist help at less than an executive's hourly cost, and you rarely buy many hours of it β most of our work is fixed-quote, so the meter isn't running while you think. What you're paying for is the both-sides experience that stops the expensive mistakes β one mistimed house sale, wrong-province landing or botched shipping decision costs a family more than every hour we'd ever bill.
Our hourly rate is public β roughly CAD $95 (about R1,700) β but package totals depend on your scope: a single professional's move and a family of five with a house to sell and three schools to research are different projects. Instead of a misleading one-size number, you get an exact written quote for your situation, usually within a couple of hours, before you commit to anything.
Rands. Invoices are issued by email and paid by EFT to our First National Bank (FNB) account β no forex hassle, no online card payments.
Estimates are ours to honour. If your scope genuinely changes β you add a service, or your situation shifts β we re-quote in writing first. We never bill hours you didn't approve.
Plenty: ten in-depth guides, a blog with new articles daily, and email questions β general questions get a free, honest answer. Start there; pay only when you want work done on your specific move.
