Cape2Canada is operated by Cape2Canada ("we"), 757 Hastings W., Vancouver, BC, V6C 1A1, Canada. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Browsing: the guides are readable without any account or signup. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs to serve and protect the site.
• Booking: when you contact us we collect the details you enter — name, email and your message — together with technical information about your visit (IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, and how you found our site, such as a search engine or advertising campaign). We use this to respond to you and to understand which of our marketing works.
• Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers, and we never see it.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

How we use it

To deliver the session you booked, respond to you, and keep records the law requires (e.g., tax records of payments). We do not sell or rent personal information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Sharing

Only with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting), each under their own privacy terms. Nothing else, unless the law compels us.

Retention & your rights

We keep booking and payment records as long as Canadian tax and business law requires, and correspondence as long as it's useful for helping you. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep — email [email protected].
